Fence Laborer Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, must be 18 years old

Must have valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation to/from work

Must work well with others and be willing to take instruction

Ability to read a measuring tape and a firm grasp of relevant math and physics principles

Perceptive, with outstanding judgment and a willingness to put safety first

Superb interpersonal abilities, including excellent communication

Capacity to fulfill your duties independently and on time

Physically fit and dexterous, must be able to consistently lift and carry materials 50-95+ lbs.

Must be able to travel out of town for multiple nights (per diem provided)

Wages are negotiable based on experience, some jobs will be Davis-Bacon wages

Overtime and Bonuses available

Benefits available for qualified employees

Fence installation, welding, equipment operation and or related construction experience is a plus
